The Proprietors, management and employees of Mullingar Equestrian Centre Ltd operate to a very high standard and take every possible care but shall not be liable for, nor, shall they accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage howsever sustained by any person or persons (including the customer/rider) whether arising under the express or implied terms of this contract in negligence or at common law or in any other manner arising, whether direct or indirect and including consequential losses arising out of any of the activities of the establishment or in any other way whatsover. Riders are recommended to have personal accident insurance cover and a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Avialable free from your health centre.
