Horse Riding & English Language Holidays
This is the ideal opportunity for the horse loving teenager / young rider to improve their riding, knowledge and care of horses in a friendly homely environment. English language tuition is also an important part of the programme. Guests ride each morning and follow a progressive programme of flatwork and jumping, as well as leisure riding, games and cross country. English language classes take part in the afternoon.
Both show jumping and cross country – are our specialities, and at Mullingar we make it feel so easy! Beginners quickly become confident, novices make rapid progress, and intermediates and open riders learn the finer points.
We recommend you come for at least a fortnight, preferably longer. We run unaffiliated weekly metre shows at the equestrian centre (normally on Fridays) in which our guests generally participate as part of their holiday programme. Guests may also register with Show Jumping Ireland while here on holiday and take part in an official Shows.
