How it Works

ALL INTENDING ENTRANTS should complete the online entry form and submit a recent video of the horse jumping over a course of fences. There is no charge for the initial entry.

When entering please select which of the pre-selection days (Winter Tour or league events) you will be attending, so the horse may be seen by representatives of the Selection Panel who will be in attendance at the venues.

At the pre-selection day you should video the horse’s round with your phone and submit the video to the selection panel. These images will be for the selection panel’s use only, they will not be published.

The Selection Panel will select the horses for the auction. The selected horses will be invited to attend the FINAL Selection Day at Mullingar EC on Tuesday 22 March. There will be a Sales Entry Fee of €200.00 which will include a professional photograph and video. (Should a horse not qualify on the day the owner will receive a partial rebate).

Horses attending the Final Selection Day should have been vetted in the previous 7 days and x-rayed (within the past six months) by a member of the veterinary panel.

The selected horses will attend Mullingar EC on Friday 8 April for the Performance and Viewing Day. This will be live streamed and open to people who wish to view the horses prior the auction. Each horse will jump a course of fences in the International Sand Arena.

The Auction & Gala Evening will take place in the International Pavilion from 6.00 pm.

Bidding will be ONLINE ONLY and will be facilitated by the Mullingar auction team.
