The Start Date for the Combined Training & Jump Cross League has been put back to Sunday 23 February, on account of poor weather forecast
Combined Training & Jump Cross League will run on Sundays 23rd February, 1 , 8 & 15 March (Final)
Entry Fee: Combined Training €30.00, Dressage only / Jumping only €20.00 

On the day (late) entries: plus €5 for each of the above

Please state jumping height on entry form. Tests will be as above for the first three weeks and will change for WEEK 4.

To be eligible for league prizes riders need to attend 2 weeks plus the final day.

Draws and times will be available on www.mullingarequestrian.com from 6.00 pm on previous  Friday

Cancellations only to info@mullingarequestrian.com by Saturday’s 1.00 pm .

No refunds after 1.00 pm Saturday

Advanced  Competitors wishing to do their own tests ( in the Dressage only section ) should state the test number on the online entry system & also email in a copy of the test .

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS –

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by these General Terms & Conditions of Mullingar Equestrian and also by the Terms & Conditions of the particular sale or event to which you are subscribing. It is very important that you make yourself aware of the Terms & Conditions pertaining to your event or sale, which will be found with the event’s details.

HORSE SALES

Sellers are obliged to disclose details of all vices, faults, ailments or injuries particularly sweet itch, splints, wind-sucking, box walking and all other aliments. Failure to do so will be taken as a breach of the terms and conditions of Mullingar Equestrian.

It is a condition of entry in the Horse Sales that all animals entered in the sales go through the sales ring, and that sellers state a maximum reserve price to the auctioneers on the morning of the sale.

STABLE BOOKING CONDITIONS

Stable Bookings for all events at Mullingar Equestrian must be booked through our Online Stable Booking system. All bookings are for on-site temporary stables (3m x 3m). Stables are supplied with shavings. Extra shavings are available to purchase on site if required. Athletes/Owners should bring their own buckets, hay, hard feed & cleaning equipment.

Owners are responsible for the control of their animals, eg stallions, and will be liable for any damage caused by their animals to stabling, and should have their own electric taping where needed.

Please note: ALL STABLES BOOKED FOR 1 NIGHT OF A 2-3 DAY SHOW MUST BE VACATED BY 12.30 THE FOLLOWING MORNING. Stables booked for the 2nd or 3rd night of a show may not be ready until 4.00 pm on the day of arrival.

PAYMENT
All payments are made by VISA, MASTERCARD or VISA DEBIT through our Online Booking system. Full payment must be paid at the time of booking. There is a handling fee of 2.5% to cover third party processing of card payments. Stables will not be held without full payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Stables / Show Entries)
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to info@mullingarequestrian.com  preferably with the subject Cancellation. The deadline for all cancellations is midday on the Monday preceding the event (unless a different closing date has been advertised). There will be NO REFUNDs after this deadline. Refunds will be subject to 10% (minimum €10.00) administration fee.

Cancellations due to illness, travel problems or any other reason, does not lead to any form of refund.

HEALTH & SAFETY
All Athletes/ Owners are asked to familiarize themselves with the Shows & Events Safety Guidelines before attending an event (See SJI, AIRC, Pony Club, etc, web sites). When everyone works as a team to assist our show safety officers it makes the show grounds a safer place for all attending.
