Performance animals, 3yo+ with a reserve of €1500 or more must have a current vet cert from a member of the veterinary panel. Vendors are strongly recommended to have all animals vetted prior to sale if you are to maximise the auction opportunities for your horse or pony. This is especially important if you are to have the confidence of online buyers.

Stables bookings for all events at Mullingar Equestrian must be booked through our Online Stable Booking system. All bookings are for on-site temporary stables (3m x 3m). Stables are supplied with shavings. Extra shavings are available to purchase on site if required. Athletes/Owners should bring their own buckets, hay, hard feed & cleaning equipment.


All payments are made by VISA, MASTERCARD or VISA DEBIT through our Online Booking system. Full payment must be paid at the time of booking. A stable will not be held without full payment.


Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to  preferably with the subject Stable Cancellation. The deadline for all cancellations is mid day on the Monday preceeding the event. There will be NO REFUNDs after this deadline.

Cancellations due to illness, travel problems or any other reason, does not lead to any form of refund.


All Athletes/ Owners are asked to familiarize themselves with the Shows & Events Safety Guidelines before attending an event (See SJI, AIRC, Pony Club, etc, web sites). When everyone works as a team to assist our show safety officers it makes the show grounds a safer place for all attending.
